3. Delivery

• We currently deliver to addresses across the UK.
  
   
• Delivery charges and estimated timescales are shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to postal issues, weather, or other unforeseen events.
  
   
• Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  
   

4. Returns and Refunds

• As our products are perishable, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  
   
• If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dreamydelightswrexham@gmail.com , including your order number and a photo of the issue.
  
   
• Where eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

• All of our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, and other allergens.
